Critical Mass events are the result of the individual motivation, relationships and resources of each city and country. They are always very different, but they share forms and references that make the movement recognizable internationally.

Like bicycles, the symbols, values, friendships and feelings of the critical masses are travelling around our roads, the internet and our minds.

Our goal is to collect the instances of this variety in Europe and show it in a common framework. The voices of each location would complement and would build a global vision of this movement in Europe.

Our project aims to create a book in a economic and dynamic way, translating it into several languages with a copyleft license.

Right now, behind this project are two persons: Caprarelli Giuso (Rome and Paris) and Elisabeth Lorenzi (Madrid). Both of us are participants in the critical mass of our cities and aware of the transnational value of this movement.

In addition to receiving your testimony, we are open to bringing more people in the group to be responsible for disseminating, collecting evidence and edit the final product.
